Do you want Whiter Teeth and Stronger bones?
Birch Oil is not a common oil that a lot of people use, but around our house we use it almost everyday! The Birch Tree where the oil is from is a leafy tree, known from ancient times as the medicinal plant used in treating many diseases, the birch tree is also known as the “tree of life”.
I would refer the tree as the “tree of life” as used in biblical times, since this tree doesn’t produce any fruit, but the tree has many heeling uses and benefits for life.
Birch Oil Benefits - We use the oil in our house for better breath and Whiter Teeth-
*** Use to brush your teeth.
Just add one drop to your toothbrush (if you like a moist
toothbrush, add water to the brush first, then the oil) and brush your teeth. It can be a
little stout, but the Birch oil will help strengthen the bones that are your teeth.
I have read a few precautions on the oil and you need to be sure that the oil is Therapeutic Grade Essential oil and NOT commercial grade. Be sure to only put one drop on your toothbrush as it can be a very hot oil in your mouth. After brushing you will notice such a great feel in your mouth and your breath will be such a sweet minty flavor that your family and friends will appreciate!!!
I have read a lot that the oil is good for muscle pain as well, but that is something that we will have to try at home and get back with everyone on a good result or not.
Other Birch Oil Benefits are known uses for the oil:
Useful in a massage for rheumatism, arthritis, muscle, tendonitis, and joint pain. It is anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic which helps decrease pain by eliminates accumulation of uric acid in the joints. Use only in moderation, possibly toxic, irritant and sensitizing.
